[Ipopt] amplsolv.lib - Debug version

[Gus Gassmann]

Does anybody have experience with a debug version of amplsolv.lib 
compiled with the cl compiler (MSYS or VisualStudio)? I have been running 
into problems of incompatible switches /MT and /MTd in the linker and am 
wondering what I am doing wrong.
