[Ipopt] IPOPT-ipoptmin problem

Hi Shaoxi,

It seems that you are trying to run CUTEr (sdipopt and ipoptmin are CUTEr 
scripts and executables)?  If so, you need to have CUTEr installed, set 
the CUTER and MYCUTER environment variables correctly, and executed 'make 
cuter' in your Ipopt compilation directory.
