[Ipopt] C#

[Marcel Heimlich]

I am looking to wrap IPOPT in C#. I saw that someone else posted a message
suggesting that had done this and was willing to share their source code.
Could I ask that you please send me a copy of your C# IPOPT wrapper so that
I could see what all is entailed.
