[Ipopt] 3.7.0 Restoration phase in the restoration phase failed.

Hi Ali,

Thanks for reporting this.  I cannot look at this right now, but if you 
can keep the URLs working for a while, we can make this a ticket, and I 
can work on it later.  Do you think you can keep the .nl files posted?
