[Ipopt] Enforcing bound during iterations

It seems to me the message you have got comes from AMPL and not from IPOPT.

I suppose the largest representable number on your machine is
approximately 1.8*10^308 but the value exp(3632.5) is far larger than
that and is approx. 3.7*10^1577. It is not surprising you failed to
evaluate that.

I have no idea why you got the "No such file or directory" at the end
of the error message.
