[Ipopt] Problems with Cygwin on Windows

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to compile ipopt on windows using cygwin.
I'm following the steps on https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools/wiki

The configuration step is successful.
When I tried to do "make test", it is successful in all ThirdParty packages.

Then it goes to "making all in Ipopt", --> "make all in Ipopt/src/common"
successfully.
After it goes to "Making all in src/LinAlg", there is an error:
".deps/IpBlas.Plo:1**multiple target patterns, stop"

Any ideas?
