Hi all,

Could you tell me how to compile the IPOPT AMPL solver executable? The point is that
I need to compile the IPOPT of Fortran version. 

I have made many changes in the Fortran code, and now want to test it through AMPL.
But I can't find a detailed guide for compiling the Fortran version IPOPT AMPL
solver executable.
