At some point, there was a TAUCS interface that was hanging around in the 
Ipopt distribution, but the TAUCS version with which it would work was 
never released (the TAUCS website doesn't seem to have been updated 
since 2003), and it never really worked well.

In the latest release, I deleted all files related to TAUCS.

So, the answer is: No.
