[Ipopt] Installing Ipopt: no executable created

Hi,

You probably didn't download the ASL thirdparty stuff.  The only 
executable compiled with the Makefiles is the AMPL solver executable, and 
if the ASL code is not there, the configure script assumes that you don't 
want to compile that, and only the library is generated.
