[Ipopt] error in documentation

Hi all

I think there is an error in the introduction at:
http://www.coin-or.org/Ipopt/documentation/node3.html

The clause which describes g^L should end with 'm', not 'n', right?

I would also suggest that instead of "equality constraints of the form
... can be specified by setting..." we should have that "all equality
constraints in the model *must be* specified by setting...", in order to
be a little more explicit about how these constraints are managed.
