[Ipopt] compile c example on windows

Hi guys:
I am trying to complie the c example in the Ipopt package on windows, and
now I have compiled following the instructions of the documentation and got
alll the lib files for HSL, Lapack and Blas and Ipopt via visual studio2005.
and also the example C codes and head files.
How can I complie it to a exe file on visual studio 2005.
