[Ipopt] New Ipopt Mailing List Name!

Hi,

in an effort to unify the mailing list names on COIN, the Ipopt mailing 
list has been renamed.

Please update your address book to now use

   ipopt at list.coin-or.org

as the email address of the mailing list.

Similarly, the URL for the corresponding website has changed to

   http://list.coin-or.org/mailman/listinfo/ipopt

The old email address and URL (with coin-ipopt) will still work for a 
while and redirect to the new names.
