[Ipopt] new wiki page for compilation hints

Hi,

Over the past few weeks there have been many postings on this mailing list 
regarding the compilation of Ipopt on Windows.

I just created a new wiki page on the Ipopt Trac system

https://projects.coin-or.org/Ipopt/wiki/CompilationHints

It would be terrific if those of you who managed to overcome some specific 
problem during the installation (on any operating system) could add some 
short instructions or hints so that your efforts would help others in the 
future.

The page right now is pretty much empty, feel free to adapt it to a format 
that you would find suitable.
