[Ipopt] Cannot run Ipopt with AMPL Student Edition

Dear All,

I have just installed AMPL Student Edition and also Ipopt on Fedora 8
(Linux). The directories are:

/usr/lib/libipopt.so.0
/usr/lib/libipopt.so.0.0.0
/usr/share/doc/ipopt-3.3.4
/usr/share/doc/ipopt-3.3.4/ChangeLog
/usr/share/doc/ipopt-3.3.4/LICENSE
/usr/share/doc/ipopt-3.3.4/README

However, when I put

option solver ipopt;

and try to solve a model, I get the following:

"Cannot invoke ipopt: No such file or directory"

Any ideas?
