[Ipopt] Looking for manual on how to use AMPL with IPOPT

Thanks, Andreas. I had seen those links before. However, they do not
elaborate about how to control with AMPL certain options of IPOPT
like, e.g., the maximum number of iterations, tolerances, etc.
