[Coin-ipopt] Changes to MATLAB interface for IPOPT

I'm announcing a few small changes to the MATLAB interface for IPOPT 
(see Ipopt/contrib/MatlabInterface):

1. You can now input your own initial values for the Lagrange multipliers.
2. You can now access the Lagrange multipliers obtained at the stationary
    point to which IPOPT converges.
3. You can also get the number of iterations that IPOPT needed to
    converge to the local solution.

information.
