[Coin-ipopt] undefined class "class MatrixSpace"

Hi Danh,

After I click login, I get a popup window that asks for username and pwd. 
Enter "guest" as the user and "editor" as the pwd. Then click "New Ticket" 
(to the right of "View Tickets"). This brings up the new ticket screen to 
enter the bug information.
