[Coin-ipopt] IPOPT / TAUCS integration

Thanks for the info, Andreas. I know that it has been a long time since the original posts, but I have been following it up with Yifan and Sivan.
 
As yet, I do not have a version of TAUCS that works with IPOPT, but I will let you know when I have news.
