[Coin-ipopt] Regarding: A problem not solved by IPOPT

Hi
I have written a C code..to solve an optimization problem and I am Attaching 
the code with this mail...IPOPT solves the problem for some cases and is not 
able to solv for some cases.
It takes command line Inputs as no. of points and two upper bounds values (G 
& S)
