[Coin-ipopt] Updates to Visual Studio Project files...

We have updated the MS Visual Studio .NET project files for the trunk 
version of Ipopt C++ 3.0.0. There were new examples that did not have 
project files (sorry folks, we had the updates in our dev version, but not 
in trunk).

If you have had trouble with the VS .NET compiles, then please try to get 
the latest trunk version.
