[Coin-ipopt] parameters in C++-version; GAMS-interface?

Hi,

I installed and compiled the C++-version of IPOPT and it seems to be running 
nice on the first examples, I tried. :-) I would like to know, if there is 
already a small documentation of the parameters available? Or a translation 
for the parameter names of the Fortran-version.

Secondly, is there a GAMS-interface planned or already in development for 
IPOPT?
