[Coin-ipopt] IPOPT within any MINLP solvers?

That probably depends on how urgent you need this, and how quickly you
have to solve the final problems.  You could try to see what happenes, if
you think it is not too much work to implement the B&B framework.

As I said, we started to integrate the new C++ version of Ipopt (still in
beta testing, though, but it will at some point replace the Fortran
version) into Cbc, but it will probably take a while until we feel
comfortable to give away such an MINLP solver.

That is probably not so helpful, but all I got at the moment.
