[Coin-ipopt] Ipopt Matlab interface print_level options

Hi Zhang,

The options to reduce the output to the screen for the old Fortran version
of Ipopt (which is the one that has the matlab interface) is "IPRINT".  If
you set it to -1, only the Copyright message is printed.
