I would be happy to help, but I'm afraid you have to be somewhat more
specific.  What exactly do you have trouble with?  What have you tried?
Have you tried to use CygWin as suggested in the README.Windows file?  Or
do you mean you cannot find the README.Windows file?  (in that case please
