[Coin-ipopt] CUTEr interface released

Hello,

I just released the interface for IPOPT to CUTEr, which replaces the
previous interface to the old CUTE.  Dominique Orban and I have made some
changes to adapt to the new release of CUTEr.  The CUTEr distribution
contains now the interface code as well as the CUTEr scripts 'sdipopt' and
'ipopt', and IPOPT is therefore now one of the solvers 'officially' hooked
up to CUTEr.
