 Hello,

 When I try to download the source archive of ipopt, the zip file is
 broken. Its size is only some octet instead of some megaoctets.
 The numbering of the archive is also strange: 3.10 instead of 3.10.4 (if I
 am right).
 This numbering problem is also the case for other projects like bonmin ...
