Comment:

 I asked Andreas about it, but he also has not done much experiments with
 the warm starting option.

 I doubt that convergence in 1 iteration will be possible.
 When starting from an optimal solution of a previous solve, I can imagine
 that setting mu_init to a value similar to the one where the previous
 solve stopped could make sense.
