[GAMSlinks] How to update Ipopt to current version

Hi,

If you used the current GAMSlinks/trunk and installed the solvers into 
gams, then they will be available as MYIPOPT, MYBONMIN, ...
This is to distinguish them from the solvers that come with gams (IPOPT, 
BONMIN, ...).
