Comment:

 Hi,

 provided you use GAMSlinks/trunk, you do not need to provide GAMSIO.

 trunk uses a new GAMS I/O library which is loaded dynamically at runtime
 and included within GAMS, so you can just ignore !ThirdParty/GAMSIO.

 You probably will get an error during configure of the GAMSlinks
 subdirectory, but you may just configure without it for now and see if Cbc
 can be build.

 The installation instructions are currently outdated.
