Comment:

 Some issues could be fixed.

 The main problem is caused because precompiled versions of the GAMS I/O
 libraries are used. It will not be solved in the near future.
 As a workaround, the user will need to take care that against the correct
 version of the LIBC (not multithreaded) is linked.
