[FlopCpp] MP_stochastic_data and MP_stage

You are right stampl2.cpp is "desired". I had some plans and ideas to get it working(, but unfortunately I have to concentrate on what I am paid for.)

The MP_stage and MP_stochastic_data in stampl2.cpp seems not doing as supposed. With 4 stages, the generated model is
FlopCpp: Solver(m, n, nz) = 6  10  18
While the stampl.cpp generated the right tree
FlopCpp: Solver(m, n, nz) = 15  30  58

So is the stampl2.cpp a "desired", instead of a "ready" version? I have to say stampl2.cpp is very clean and much favorable. Anyone make it work as desired?
