[FlopCpp] any solution... please help

hi, I have been working in a problem for several months, but I can't finish.
I worked with "sub set" and I dont get any solution in all this time ( 9
weeks).

I would like to know if somebody can help me with my FLOPCPP
program (MP_constraint ) and he or she will be reward for it.

Hopefully somebody could help me.
