[Flopcpp] Flopcpp MSVC8 static lib...

I have a static library of flopcpp compiling with MSVC8 with projects and binaries.
I was going to get a current release, but the links from the web site seem to all be broken.  

Without current source, I'm sure the source I have is out of date.

I have code and MSVC project files to contribute, but cannot seem to do so... can't build the house for lack of nails.

I am going to run out of my window of opportunity soon.  My employer is willing to let me do this, but I'm for long.  

Let's get some traction on this so I can move on...
