[DyLP] libtool error

I received this error:

libtool: link: ERROR: object name conflicts:
.libs/libDylp.lax/libDylpStdLib.a//e/OO-CoinOR/COIN-OS/DyLP/src/Dylp/../DylpStdLib/.libs/libDylpStdLib.a

Do I need to let libtool ignore the error and overwrite the file?

I am using the following:
OS: Windows Vista
Make: GNU Make 3.81
libtool: ltmain.sh (GNU libtool) 1.4e
g++: gcc version 3.4.5 (mingw-vista special r3)
If any more information is needed, please ask.
