[Dip] [FORGED] Dip Digest, Vol 39, Issue 1

Dear Prof Silva,

I'm not sure if Dippy supports "pip install" (although I haven't kept up with all the improvements that Ted Ralphs and his team have done). Have you tried "easy_install -U coinor.dippy"?
