[Csdp] CSDP works on MPC5200

An update to my project. I have CSDP working on a Microsys MPX5200.

CPU:   MPC5200 v2.2, Core v1.4 at 396 MHz
Board: MicroSys MPX5200R2/CRX02
DRAM:  32 MB
Linux 2.6.16.11
