[Csdp] PCSDP with Intel MKL

   I'm new in this mail-list and I have a question about PCSDP (Parallel
   version). When I run some tests with 4 o more processes, the speedup is
less
   than 1... something is not going well!
   I have been using Intel MKL libraries. Does anybody have the same
behavior
   with this libraries? Any suggestion?
