[Csdp] Binaries of CSDP 6.0.1 are now available.

For those of you who haven't wanted to compile CSDP 6.0.1 from source
code, binary versions (For Windows and Linux systems on Intel/AMD 
IA32 processors) are now available from the project web page.  See
