#9: Update install target of Makefile to install lib/include

 The current Makefile only installs the binary and not the lib/include.

 The attached patch just add a simple target to do so.
 Files are installed in
 - /usr/local/lib/csdp/
 - /usr/local/include/csdp/

 This could be changed by a configure file.
