[CppAD] CppAD with OpenMP

CppAD can now be used with OpenMP; see

There is a shell script that facilitates running timing tests that 
compare single thread with multiple thread mode; see
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/openmp_run.sh.xml
If you have a compiler that supports OpenMP, would you please try 
running this test and reporting back the results.
