[CppAD] Problem downloading CppAD

I made a mistake and the CppAD download files have not been available at
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc
for a few weeks now (I was on vacation when I heard about the problem and
I was not able to directly fix the problem). I think that Laszlo Ladanyi
has  fixed the problem and the files should be available shortly.
