[CppAD] CppAD install

CppAD seems to be (mistakenly) installing the following files
	libCppAD_a-ErrFun.o
	libCppAD_a-NearEqual.o
	libCppAD_a-SpeedTest.o
in the directory
	PrefixDir/lib/PostfixDir

I think that only the file
	libCppAD.a
should be installed in that directory.
