 It might have been fixed when you added the FC parameter to configure.
 It's a bit complicated because CppAD's configure parameters have
 different names than the other projects in CoinAll. Thus, one might need
 to specify compiler names twice on the command line, once with the names
 of CoinAll\setminus {CppAD}, and once with those of CppAD.
