[Couenne] Set time limit

Dear all,

Sorry to bother you with a simple question. I'm new to python and I'm recently using couenne for my project. I want to set a time limit on the solver process. But I don’t know, where should I put the couenne.opt file. I'm using Anaconda-based python and I'm not sure which directory "the same directory from which you are running Couenne" is.

Another question is, is this couenne.opt file I attached the right one?
