[Couenne] help about Couenne installation

This is a failure in the CoinUtils unit test, which we should try to fix,
but it likely won't affect Couenne. The installation should go through if
you add "--tests none." It would be helpful if you would report the unit
test failure to the CoinUtils project. Thanks!
