[Couenne] Couenne could not find a good lower bound for a tiny minimization problem

Hi all,

I came across a problem when solving a small problem recently. The .nl file
is attached. Basically, Couenne could find a feasible solution which I
think is the optimal solution in 8 seconds. However, the lower bound is
found as zero without any improvement during more than 5 hrs branching and
bounding process. I cannot figure out what's going on here. Any ideas??
