[Couenne] Infeasible problem result

Dear Sir,

I am trying to solve my AMPL model with couenne solver, But it says that
"Problem infeasible". I do not think that the problem is infeasible.

Would you please help me to find out the problem?

I am attaching my AMPL model and data file.
