[Couenne] Problem compiling Ipopt from Couenne

Hi:

Last summer I complained that Ipopt was not compiling properly with 
gcc-4.8.3 and a fix in Ipopt/trunk was implemented. I installed 
Couenne/trunk this morning. It has Ipopt/trunk as external package, but 
Ipopt does not compile properly, showing the same problem as Ipopt last 
summer. To fix it, I have to add

#define HAVE_STD__RAND

in IpUtils.cpp

Is it possible to alter the build system of Couenne so that the fix 
introduced for Ipopt is also used for Couenne?
