[Couenne] Trunk Password, Binary and Installation.

I just tried Tony's trick for installing Couenne, I mean through
Optimization Services and again I got error, this time with Clp! Log is
available in https://gist.github.com/anonymous/10836926  Steps taken are
the normal ones! 1. configure 2. make 3. error! Suggestions are appreciated.

Meanwhile I will also try --without-scip
