Hi Virginia,

a quick fix: you might as well specify the option --without-soplex to avoid
that. SoPlex is used in the feasibility pump, which is disabled by
specifying --without-scip. I'm not sure why it does not work on this other
machine, but telling configure not to bother buinding SoPlex should be
enough.
